Once you enter, you will be sent a welcome email with a questionnaire that needs to be filled in and sent back to the team! We will then be back in touch within a week with your plan!
How much does it cost?
The Challenge is £100 To enter. This works out to be less than £13 a week. This covers you for everything included in the challenge, and gives you the opportunity to win £250 cash and other prizes.
What does it include?
The 60 day challenge is just over 8 weeks and for the whole period you will have 1-1 coaching with IGR along with:

• Custom nutrition plan ( macros calculated & set meals)
