ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The learner must hold either a suitable Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym, Exercise to Music or Water-based Exercise), Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates Matwork or a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga or equivalent.

INTRODUCTION
This Level 3 course will give you the ability work with patients suffering from a variety of health conditions. The knowledge and skills acquired on this qualification will allow you to create safe and effective training programmes that aid rehabilitation and recovery.
